It's a book of photos of gargoyles along with a nonfiction piece by King. I enjoyed it.

I enjoyed it, too, Brice, but I only gave it a 2 since there wasn't a lot of SK content. VERY cool gargoyle pics tho!!

:couple: Wow!
Razz...if I had a spare I'd happily send it on to you. It's a cool oversized book though. You should definitely pick up a copy when you can. :)
It can be had for a reasonable price at used books places. Check Bookfinder.com. Myself, I haven't read mine yet, but the photos are great indeed.

meh.
Never read it, never even heard of it.
This is not a Stephen King book.
Tend to agree with you - but It's neither here nor there - not like it's gonna get out of the bracket or anything.
It is a Stephen King book. A non-fiction book. And, for the purposes of the poll, it brings a total number of pollable books to an even sixty, which is cool :)

I've never even heard of this one. I might have to go search for a copy.
Sheesh what kind of King fans are y'all? :P
There are two new copies available right now for twenty-two bucks: http://www.bookfinder.com/search/?author=&title=&lang=en&submit=Begin+search&new_used=*&destination=us¤cy=USD&binding=*&isbn=0670823074&keywords=&minprice=&maxprice=&mode=advanced&st=sr&ac=qr (good used copies can be had for as little as a dollar)
Hurry!

He did all the writing in my copy of it...which makes it a Stephen King book. :P

I haven't read it, too, I was not even aware of its existence. I will look for it. But I don't think I can find a copy. :(

On the internet you can, Melike. :D
I am amazed by how many people haven't even heard of this.

I am too, to be honest. It's always been on Wikipedia as part of Stephen King's bibliography: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:Stephen_King

There are also a TON of them on eBay, prices ranging from $1.27 (without a dust jacket) to *cough* $175 (and that guy's GOT to be kidding! At that price I figured it was signed or something )

No, i'd say at $175 he doesn't have to be kidding. He has to be on some SERIOUSLY good drugs.
I posted a link to Bookfinder earlier. There are still two new copies available for twenty-odd bucks. So, if anyone's interested, now's your chance.

I feel better to see I'm not the only one who's never read this one. I didn't even know it existed. Now I'm gonna have to have it. Gargoyles are so fascinating.

Well if there's a prize for "Least Read King Work" this should walk away with it. I knew of its existence but never felt like it was anything all that important to read. I'd probably like the pictures.

It's actually pretty cool, IMO Jayson. If anything, if you can find a cheap copy you should check it out. :)
Aaron will release a complete 1 through 60 ranking, as well as a least read ranking, so I'm sure this one will end up somewhere near the bottom :)

Near the bottom? No I think this one's got THAT award.
