Online co-op zombie survival horror for PC & Xbox 360 slated for late summer '08.
Up to 8 players per scenario - 4 survivors and 4 boss zombies.
Survivors get your basic array of guns n ammo and can be rescued if they go down. If 1 person makes it to the checkpoint, then everybody gets to come back for the next big push ... otherwise everyone starts over.
Boss zombies come in 4 playable flavors: suicide bomber, stealth/speed, ranged attack (extreme tongue action) and megatank. As far as the zombies go ... think all-out-balls-to-the-wall-screaming-and-running 28 Days Later or Dawn of the Dead remake rather than moaning and shambling Night of the Living Dead.
4 scenarios with 5 maps each. Scenarios have a series of maps where you have to get from point A to point B, then a finale survival map where you hold off the hordes until your rescue arrives. Scenarios include an open cornfield, a hospital and an airport. An AI "director" controls the respawns so that the action doesn't get too boring or stay too intense, also making each time through a particular scenario very different.
