It's jpeg. That's why I'm stumped. I need to check the settings on the computer and camera, I guess. I can download them to Photobucket with no problem, though.

Okay, I think I must be doing something wrong here. When I click on Gallery, I don't have an upload button. Am I maybe not looking in the right place or something? The instructions sound simple once I find that friggin' button!!
I've tried "My Photos", "Collections", etc., and nada.
Come to think of it, I can't play any of the casino games or anything either. Am I too much of a newbie or something?
When I got back into the site today (after I got BOOTED! ), my pic upload link's there and I can do the casino stuff!

I believe you had to reach 5 posts before you could access all the little bells and whistles, Gretchen.
That'd explain it, Brice! I figured it might be something like that . . .

You should be able to do everything everyone else can do now. If you have any trouble just ask and we'll be happy to help.
Those are the hardest 5 posts...after that your hooked!

I uploaded a full-color photo and got this:
Photobucket has it correctly:
Suggestions? It looks like maybe the gallery was trying to resize the photo. Hmm....

Isn't it? I was flabbergasted.

I have another report of that, not sure what is going on but just as soon as you think you have it all fixed.
I'll try to figure it out.
I did have that happen also. The thumbnail and pic looks like this:
When you click on the pic for the largest image you get the correct chroma:
Weirdness!

The new server has a different type of image system on it than the old one (imagemagic)--its probably a setting, I'll get right on it.
I think I have this fixed but it doesn't seem to change the existing problem ones. If someone wants to reload one of those to test it for me, I would appreciate it.
I might be able to get to it tonight - I have an HOA meeting to go to but should be free after that.

I just uploaded the beer photo and it looks fine.
Wonderful!!
Thanks Jerome.
Cool! I'm going to have to take some pics of the kitty now....

Here's a shock, me with a problem with the gallery again.
When I try to upload a pic, I get a blank white page. Then, when I go back to the gallery, the picture is not there.
Weirdness.

I've had the same problem.
I've tried on IE and Firefox with the same result...you click submit/upload and it takes a few seconds and then cuts to a white screen.
I couldn't find it - so sorry if this has been asked already - is there a way to upload multiple photos at the same time?
Thanks in advance.

Ahhh...I love those blissful days with no tech problems.
I'll look into the uploading.
The only way to upload multiple photos is if they are already hosted somewhere (like a photobucket folder). And that actually doesn't work great, but it is possible.
I just feel better that I'm not the only one with the problem.

Well, its kind of a problem because the thing worked fine for me.
Could you guys try again?
