So lived this long without knowing that the Foo Fighters were/are(?) AIDS/HIV denialists. As in it is not contagious, don't take the meds and no need for protection, a myth created by pharma. They were so deep into this they held a benefit concert back in 2000.
It is amazing that this was such a big thing with them and 24 years later, a lot of folks are finding out about it even though this cause, Alive and Well cost a lot of folks their lives through medical misinformation and conspiracies. TFF have never apologized for any of this, Bill Clinton publicly admonished them, this is so wild.
I guess it had to happen sooner or later:

Love the artwork and music. Find some of the lyrics a bit cliched.
Will try and see him when he tours.
Saw Nick Mason’s Saucerful of Secrets a couple of years ago who were amazing live.
Sadly never saw the Floyd live. One of life’s regrets.
I had to go and read the above, I ended up ordering three different versions of the album!

Seeing David Gilmour ain’t cheap. Tried on the presale today. Cheapest on offer was £150! Stalls were £250!
Will try again tomorrow on the general sale. There are some tickets for £84 I hope.
Best of luck with that; with so few shows, even aside from price considerations, it won't be easy.

No joy with David Gilmour tickets today. Sold out in 5 minutes!
Sorry to hear it. Tough ticket to get: just one location each in the UK (London) and continental Europe (Rome).

On one of my CDs there is an extra feature video of Gilmore playing, looking like he was just making it up as he went along, absolutely mesmerizing.
I can't remember which release it's on though, I have so much stuff and NONE of it is cataloged.

BRIDGE OF SIGHS by Robin Trower is getting the 50th anniversary deluxe treatment with the usual extras.
I think I last listened to it 50 years ago, but I ordered the CD/BLU-RAY, LP sets anyway, time to give it another hearing.
