Mine is pretty bad. I've emailed Mindy. It's crooked, sticky and the boards are uneven. I guess this is a new casemaker? Also it's a pretty plain edition. The numbered with slipcase is much nicer looking. Wish I had gotten that one. Also, there are no illustrations except the dust jacket. Description states book is bound leather, but it's bonded leather.

It was mentioned on the CD forums that the limitations of the Artist Editions have been increased. Was that always the case?
Night Shift AE was 750 copies and The Stand AE is currently 1250.

Description states book is bound leather, but it's bonded leather.

Is it not possible that "bound leather" meant "bound in bonded leather"? (You work in the industry and I don't; it's just a thought).

I've been under the impression that all CD leather was bonded leather, but I don't know that for a fact.

It has been SIX AND A HALF YEARS since I orderered my copies of THE STAND (they were $125 at the time).......still not shipped and artist Ned Dameron has passed away in that time.

I almost ordered another copy of Pet Sematary just now and then i returned to my senses.

CD has well over $2000 of my money......maybe even over $3000.....

I sold my GE for $250 to a supposed big fan whose favourite book was It. He put it on eBay.*
