I lovelovelove them all.
But if I must choose I pick Roland without any hesitation.
Roland would have understood.
rhea is a great king villain. i am looking fwd to seeing her again in "The Long Road Home"
I know this is really cliche, but I have to say Roland, I loved the guy from the time when he followed the man in black. He, and his world always represented a huge mystery to me. For many years he gave me something to look forward to, and we walked a looong journey together. We met hundreds of people long the way, and left some behind, killed some, and lost some of our most precious friends and family members, but we travelled a long distance, stood at the foot of the tower, cried the names of our friends, and family, and stood true to the end.
It's stressful being an other. ~ Juliet
I believe there ought to be a Constitutional Amendment outlawing Astroturf and the designated hitter. ~ Crash Davis
I agree. Irene Tassenbaum came through and totally deserved a show of appreciation. I'm glad they both found an agreeable method.
I always found the two cops, O'Mearah and Delevan, interesting.
It'll take a lot more than words and guns,
A whole lot more than riches and muscle.
The hands of the many must join as one.
And together we'll cross the river.

The funny thing is that there really are people like that in Manhattan-especially in Midtown or inside of any major PATH station-but none of them are as entertaining the Gaaawd Bomber. There are a few who stand about a block from Bryant Park with laminated photos of aborted fetuses though. They're out there every Thursday like clockwork.
My favorite would have to be Oy the billy bumler.
I think Oy might be considered a main character. I'm glad you like him though. You're in good company. Most of us adore Oy.
I would definitel consider Oy a major character. He is as much a part of the Tet as the others. Still, great to see another fan of Oy. He is well-loved and respected around here.
Cuthbert!

Hey, we agree again CK. Ka is definitely at work.
Sheemie was the first name that came to mind; followed closely by Rosalita!
I'd also add Cort and I'd also add Gasher!
