"One day you're going to figure out that everything they taught you was a lie."
Thx, Brian. The Reno event says we are GUARANTEED a signed book as they only have 400 attendees at this one. You're right. I should bring a small book. Maybe he will be in a good mood...Reno..last stop on tour...smallest venue...and sign something I bring.
thx!!

For the Reno event, I'd check the Reno B&N Facebook page for breaking info.
Their would be no harm in being 30 minutes early. Probably the most important thing to remember is to bring the hard copy of your email confirmation.
It never hurts to bring a extra King book (preferably something light), and a good pen. Be aware that the odds are slim, but the odds are zero if you have nothing and King is in the mood to sign other stuff.
You are correct that there are 400 signed books, and 400 email confirmations. There will not be 400 people actually attending.
P.S. Chad and I along with our guests will be there. Several other Members are also attending.
Good catch on the pen. I should have mentioned that. (Rollerball) You can't really expect him to have a pen while standing at the urinal.

I look forward to seeing you guys again in Reno!

Good health to all!!!
It is supposed to be 95 in Nashville today and they are having some music event downtown with tens of thousands of people. So it should be quite a challenge getting to the King event. Looking forward to seeing Ryman auditorium though. A lot of history there.
GOOD LUCK to you all that are going!!!!
Dragline : Nothin'. A handful of nothin'. You stupid mullet head. He beat you with nothin'. Just like today when he kept comin' back at me - with nothin'.
Luke : Yeah, well, sometimes nothin' can be a real cool hand.
Thanks David. I have two chances... Fingers crossed!
Thank you all. Will keep you posted. Anyone who want to join us tonight, PM me.

I'd go to Albuquerque if Bob would have me...
Nashville update - Donna Tartt introducing King
No signed books for us in Nashville. The event went real smooth, King was great, funny and seemed in good spirts. Got to meet terrier91 for a quick chat before the event.
No signed book either but it was a wonderful experience.
I got two out of three copies signed. I can't say much for the seats at Ryman that were harder than bricks but a fun event. King mentioned working on or finishing up a book with Owen (or maybe it was Joe) set in a women's prison in WVA. Wild crowd and heat in Nashville.
No signed books here either, but a fun event nonetheless. It was my first time seeing King live, and he sure didn't disappoint. Great meeting East-Tennessee in person, too
