I agree that Shawshank was the only decent King movie adaptation... but better???

I think so but I am a freak.

I love Shawshank, but imo Stand By Me is the best adaptation.

I watch all the HP films but really only enjoyed PoA so far. Not because it was an accurate adaptation, but because Cuaron got a better performance out of Radcliffe, Grint and Watson than the other directors. I still find their acting pretty appaling though.

I must read Fight Club - I enjoyed the film despite thinking I wouldn't.

Count me in on the geeking out! My friends and I are all getting together Wednesday with a sewing machine to put the finishing touches on our costumes. Oh and one of my friends is whittling us wands.

I won't read DH until Sunday daytime - if I didn't have any kids I'd definately read it at the midnight launch as our bookshop has a coffee shop that stayed open last time (HBP) so you could do just that. They served hot chocolate and Hedwig cookies, it was awesome!

SJ I filled out the prediction thing...both halves...went to post it and DELETED THE WHOLE THING!!! Perhaps it was ka...perhaps my predictions were so spot on it would've been a major spoiler! Perhaps I am talking crap
