I haven't seen season 5 yet but some episodes in season 4 were a bit slow so be prepared for a few transition episodes. I do think it's a pretty good series, though.

Letti, you know my answer to this question. Yes, it did, especially

I agree with ManOfWesternesse that saving Jake would not damn the Tower. However, Roland never had to save Jake. He should have because he already loved Jake from the start, or he wouldn't have...

Mad Men - season 1-4
A very entertaining dive in the ad industry in the 60s with all the glamour and the subtle innuendo you'd expect. Lots of interesting characters, most of them your next door...
Thanks for the info. I'm not usually a big fan of TV series and I'm pretty picky so that'll save some time.
Is it really that good? I started watching season 1 two years ago and never got any further.
I'm currently in the middle of Jules Verne's books. I've read 26, 58 to go! They're pretty good stories and not only for kids.
Last movie I saw was The Avengers (I know, I'm pretty late on this). Pretty boring all in all, although graphically pleasing. Would rate it 2.5/5 (saved by the graphics and a few funny Hulk scenes)
Didn't Carnivale air a few years back?
This may not be relevant for most of you guys, but I mostly read on my Kindle in public transports. I have a 40-minute metro ride everyday (there and back) so I have enough time to read one chapter...
I could see that on the pictures you posted. They look great. Too bad I don't wear goodies shirts, or I'd have bought one ;)

Like Letti said, you can't take TDT too seriously. I remember having lots of dreams about the Gunslinger but it really was the atmosphere that stuck.
I do agree that the Gunslinger is a lot deeper...

Almost finished Ritual by Mo Hayder. It's a brilliant thriller with all the right gory parts :)
