Quick question... AE of SoS... it states 175 price, signed by king and artist... but its not numbered... what edition is this?
None of the Artist's Editions (which were published by Grant for Wolves of the Calla--3500 copies, Song of Susannah--3500 copies and The Dark Tower--5000 copies) were numbered, but all were signed by the various artists, but none by King, and they were signed on the title page, if I remember correctly. The first two, Wolves and Song, had different dust jacket art than the trade editions. None of them sold for $175. If I remember correctly, the price for each artist edition was $50. It sounds like you may have found an unnumbered s/l edition.

got my McSweemey's set. VERY Nice!!
Still waiting on my copy of McSweeney's, but I did choose the media mail option for my subscription. I'm in no rush, it will get here eventually.
Has anyone read the story yet? How is it?
could someone move the F&G pix on the corresponding threat?
Here is my Wrightson DT5 trade cover painting.
With this I have finally done something I have wanted to do for a while, framed the original painting with the finished cover. Thanks to the Wrightson's it was easy they sent me a signed/personalized unused cover from the book, I think it came out pretty nice

Wow! That is beautiful Dave.
How did you acquire the cover Dave?
I love how King fans are so nice to one another. These types of comments are really common.Quote:

Originally Wizardsrainbow/David posted the Ebay auction for it but both He and Carlosdetweiller/Bob passed on it, by the time I saw the post the auction was over so I contacted the Wrightson's (it was auctioned by Bernie Wrightson himself) and we made a deal. It cost me a few signed limited books but has definately become one of my favorites :)
