It's the large print edition, Simon.
Very nice. This made me think of something.... I remember seeing Cujo as a kid, and for most of my adult life I had a fear of dogs. I'm convinced it was because of the movie! Luckily I had an experience a few years ago that turned me completely around and now I love dogs.
Really like that "Cujo", Alan!!! Like RF I wish I had pulled the trigger on that one!!
G.K.HALL LARGE PRINT EDITION 1986 Came in both hard & soft cover $16.95 & $9.95.

I have the hardcover for sale :D
That just caused a massive fight between the left and right side of my brain.
LS: "Ooh - something we haven't got"
RS: "No. We don't collect LPE's"
LS: "but it's a 1st edition..."
RS: "No, it's a reprint/variant"
LS: "but, we have other variants, Insomnia, Tommy Knockers, Black House...)
RS: "No, thats different, they are variants of the 1st prints"
LS: "but, but, ALAN has it!"
RS: ".....<sigh>"
Fortunately my cerebral core intervened and told my body to shut down the laptop.
Congratulations everyone!
My workmates ask me why I talk to myself sometimes in the office. I tell them it's so I guarantee intelligent conversation...
Sooooo.... This happened the other day.

One of my good friends just by chance walked into a Maine bookstore a couple hours after King happened through there.
He gave me the heads up and I helped an indy bookstore out with a couple of other sales and they helped me out by selling me their last copy.
AWESOME TIM!
SO COOL! Love the story!
Outstanding. Very tough book to find with King's sig.
Whats better than a proof of an author that we love?
A personnalised-doodled-one !
Signed : "For Jeremy, Friendly, Bernard". The doodle represents GAIA, which is a main character of this book titled "The voice of Earth", by Bernard Werber.

He always writes stories that are "quite different", dealing with ideology, science, religion and other stuff like this. And he also often doodle books that he signs, with something related to his books (ants, small genetically created small humans, trees, butterflies..)
Possibly something to do with how the image is hosted.
I dont think so : open the direct link to the picture, and it's shown normally... so, somehow, it's the forum that turns it.
