Just watched it (again) yesterday. My wife hates it because I know all the lines and say them (just like Shawshank, Pulp Fiction, etc.). Lelu Dallas, mulitpass!

LOL 09-13-2014 03:26 AMcarlosdetweillerOK. Some cool stuff but probably not too much for King fans. Here goes.

Centipede Press's ultra deluxe edition of The Monk. A LIFE magazine from 1968 with a fairly long feature on Mary Shelley and her writing of Frankenstein. I have been looking for a decent copy of this magazine without a nasty subscription label for a pretty long time. Centipede Press's softcover and deluxe editions of Salem's Lot (Studies in the Horror Film series).
McCammon's Queen of Bedlam (numbered edition from Subterranean). Thriller #1 - a cool fanzine from 1972 that has (among other things) an editorial by Robert Bloch.

65 Great Spine Chillers from 1982 with King's "Suffer the Little Children" is a UK (Orion) publication. I had never seen this particular cover before. It turned out to be the second printing of the book. UK trade edition of Doctor Sleep is an ARC (I think) with promo material laid in. An ARC of Whitley Strieber's The Last Vampire. I started collecting Streiber proofs/arc's a year or so ago (and,no, I can't explain exactly why). Some are surprisingly hard to find. Still looking for The Hunger and The Night Church. Two copies of the PSPublishing numbered edition of Carrie. I have a couple of matching numbered sets going on these books. Tim Powers' numbered and lettered editions of Appointment On Sunset by Charnel House. Both have "morgue toe tags" affixed to the front board and are pretty cool.
I got something else in yesterday and am just waiting on an OK from the artist to post pics. 09-13-2014 03:55 AMjhanicVery nice!
