Wow. Some GREAT GREAT stuff here. So jealous. My first DT S/Ls are coming this month. And my Gunslinger second edition is on its way now. Again, wow. :)
OH MY GOD those are amazing!!!
Sorry my error, regarding the Fantasy reader.
I wrote S/L, mine is numbered/limited not signed.
Quite a few were signed by various authors during the event, I don't believe there was ever an attached signature sheet.
Want to sneak in both my UK Schindler's Ark & US Schindler's List books
The UK "ark" is in amazing condition for a true 1st, My US "List" jacket is not great but I'm still quite happy.
For me, these were hard to come by.

Very nice. :)
John
Congratulations !
How can you find all these S/L numbered #79 ?
I admire your dedication to hunting down the matching numbers. Adds a little spice to the hunt! :)
It's been said before, but I find your matching number S/L collection amazing. Me, as a debbie downer would think "There's no way I'll find the same number ..." but you say "FUCK that, I'm doin' it!" Great job :)
You are doing well on your conquest!
Are there any #79s out there that people just won't part with? Or maybe their asking prices are insane?
Nice Pick-up, Cook!! Gotta respect a "man with a plan"!!
Can you share why #79 is so special? Or is it personal?
Nice COLORADO KID! That's one book I'm obsessed with getting all the states of. Never happen, but it's something to do!
Same here.
When this book was announced and orders were taken, i did order each and very state, including the three lettered editions.
Till I was told only one of these per customer.
So, I ended up with the Potter lettered - which is a lovely book indeed.
sk
Great !!!
Nice new addition to your collection. You're a monster!
Love that 'Salem's Lot!
Nice, my man!!!! Keep up the good work!!
Stuff about King including the Essential Stephen King #79
It's not signed by SK, but has the complete "Childe Roland to the Dark Tower Came" story
Stu at Bettsbooks (original brick & mortar) was kind enough to obtain this number for me.
Book on the far left "Stephen King collectables" was my original Kingfo bible (seriously well used)

Yes & Yes,
Some don't want to bother, It's my passion not theirs
Some are very accommodating, Special thanks to people like Iowabob (pics to come)
Seriously, sometimes it's a lot of work & negotiating.
All I can do is ask, most the time it's fun.
***Update***
S/L Salem's Lot # 79I no longer own this.
Unfortunately this had to go.
Also thanks to Randall, frik & ur2nd... for the nod
You need a "Dolso" case for that my man!!!!

This pic doesn't do it justice, but let me tell you it is an absolutely awesome case!!!!
Good stuff, Cook! And don't keep eyeballing that copy of ES for too long... I've been on the verge of pulling the trigger on that one multiple times... I like it a lot...
Actually, I can't afford to get a copy of ES either... at least not at the moment. Man, it would be great if you could get that #79!
Nice book! (GAUNTLET 2).
BTW - I here the Mathematical Society of Numbers and Things One Can Count, or MSNTOCO, pronounced "mfffftptui!", is debating on whether or not to eliminate the number 79 from all numerical systems, past, present, future and any and all other dimensions which may be discovered. Tough luck for you! My sympathies.
