Take good care, Jerome!

It's embarrassing to say, but on Friday I fell face first (literally) onto asphalt paving. I spent a day in the hospital. I suffered severe facial contusions and bleeding. To add insult to injury, the night I was released from the hospital, I started to have a nose bleed that lasted 3 days.
Yesterday, I visited an Ear Nose & Throat doctor who cauterized a vein in my left nostril. The procedure was excruciating but necessary to prevent a recurrence.
Sending prayers and wishing for better health days ahead for you Jerome. Heal fast.
Nothing to be embarrassed about RF, you have had a really rough time of late. I hope it improves for you, bizarrely you have been on my mind a bit this month, wondering about your recovery. Wish you well and for better times.
My cousin was a nurse, and other than watching amputations, cauterised noses was one of her favourite procedures. I often wonderered if she should have been the King fan, not me.
Take care Jerome.
Hopefully that's it for the issues this year and the rest will be way better :)
Nothing to be embarrassed about. I used to fall so many times because of my illness when I was I kid. I spilt my head (twice). I fell so many times on my elbow in one night
that I could not straighten it out. I could go on. Later, we went and got me tested and found that I had scar tissue on my brain from when I was sick. That is what was
causing my spasms. I was put on Valium, and that did the trick. Plus a little PT I going for now. Trust me, I have fallen so many times. The last major one resulted
in a dislocated shoulder that separated the shoulder from the socket at least 6 in. That was in 2017 and I still have some numbness in my right hand that I don't
think will ever go away. I really messed up the nerves. The only thing we can do is pick ourselves up, and keep moving. I do hope though that things turn around :).
I am sorry to hear this Jerome. I hope you feel better soon. Stay well, my friend!
Damn, it happens to plenty of people, so nothing to be embarrassed about. Glad you got the bleeding issue resolved. Now heal up!
Had to have two units of blood transfusion today due to very low hemoglobin.
The good news is I am blood type O- thus a universal donor. Unfortunately, today I am a receiver. One day when I'm healthy, I'll give back.
How you're doing boss?
Much better thanks.
Great to know!
Hey boss, how are you feeling now?
Tomorrow morning I go in for outpatient surgery for a Basilic Cephalic Transposition-Stage 1 procedure.
Thinking happy thoughts for you! :huglove:
