This project sounds amazing! Definitely in for one. Also hoping to match my letter :)

Yes, you will have an opportunity to do that.
Thanks Heath!

The Eyes of the Dragon Art Portfolio
Congratulations Paul! Looks beautiful and a nice way to start a new venture.
Honestly I am even impressed just looking at the prospectus it matches the feel of ETOD so well it looks like it belongs in the book.
Well done Paul. I will say though this is going to be hard with CD/LRB announcement, this announcement, and tax season so close together! Hopefully I can get a return this year that will let me pay for one of these :)
Looks great! Excited for this one

Thanks. I've been planning this for a long time. Of course I encourage you to support the new CD book. Spending money on our obsessions is an occupational hazard and there never seems to be a good time to spend money! Anyway, thanks for all who support the small press. There will be a payment plan as usual. Peace.
I love and hate payment plans. It seems just when I'm done paying a book, or two or three, off, another one, or two or three, start. I'm not complaining, just stating a fact of life. Also, the longer a payment plan that is accepted, the better it is for me. I know that's not as good a thing for the publisher though. Hopefully, I'll be able to take these portfolios, providing they don't immediately sell out.
Can't wait!
Really neat project. I love printmaking, I would love to see some behind the scenes videos.
Not to be weird but I totally want to rub my fingers all over this (don't tell my wife)

That's funny. I'm the same way. I've been running my fingers over that print every chance I get. It's letterpress printed so you can feel the letters in the paper and the paper itself is 100% cotton and it feels so good!
I'm planning a video on the various stages of production. I have some raw footage of the signature page printing which I'll share soon.
Too late!
Ah; the wonderful world of book porn, replete with ribbon, vellum, marbled endpapers, gilt edges, deckled edges, gauffered edges, fore-edge paintings, slipcases, solander boxes, buckram, embossing, acid-free paper, leather, stamping...in the end, we all just want to make a connection, right? Count me in.
[the usual justification for being, well, gross]
...honestly, sometimes I just look up the full description of the lettered It, make sure I'm alone, and yes...Asahi Japanese Bookcloth...Cromwell Black Flanders Grain leather binding...Black Matte and Silver Bright foils...Bridal Satin in a Sunflower color lining...hand-dipped silver gilding...oh sweet Jesus.
Man i have to say I really want to get this, and I hope they are available for a bit, but if it goes for sale soon and sells out quick I will not be able to get it.
Sweet!
Well done, Paul!
Very nice project! Good luck! I'll try to get a copy but I can't be sure, at least not for now.
An other, easier to get EOTD portfolio is a GREAT idea !!!
I just like to say that Paul's 'Suntup Press' website is one of the most impressive and classliest small press websites I've seen in a long time. The photography and short videos are stunning. Congratulations, Paul. I don't know if you do a lot of the work yourself or involve a site designer, but I'm very impressed. You definitely have me interested in the EOTD portfolio, the lettered sounds very intriguing. WELL DONE!!
∆ What he said. :)
